How does Personal Coaching actually work?
                                                                                                                                                                
At the beginning of the first session, we will assess the goals you have. Next we will explore strategies 
you currently use and beliefs you have that hold you back preventing you from reaching your goals. 
In each session with your coach, we will take you through a series of exercises that make you relax, 
get into a state of calm strength as you create newer beliefs and change responses to existing triggers
in your life.


What else can I get from personal coaching?




Some of the other benefits of personal coaching are breaking habits - binge eating, smoking, putting 
things off. So even if you think do I have secret phobias & fears that make you less effective at
